Refer Patient into Cellma
ABOUT REFERRAL
Self-referral request workflow
Click on "Self-Referral Request"
A new page will be displayed. Page will have 2 sections. Patient Information, Referral Service Details
Select establishment, service and enter other necessary details
Click “Self-Referral” button after filling the mandatory details
Self-referral request will be generated successfully. You will be notified with a referral request code that can be used to track request status from “track referral request” page
You will be receive an email with a passkey. That would be required to track the request status
Refer patient into cellma workflow
Click on "Refer patient in Cellma"
A new page will be displayed. Page will have 3 sections. Patient Information, Referral Details, Referral Service Details
Select establishment, service and enter other necessary details
Click “refer patient” button after filling the mandatory details
Patient's referral request will be generated successfully. You will be notified with a referral request code that can be used to track request status from “track referral request” page
You will be receive an email with a passkey. That would be required to track the request status
User can track referral request
Click on track referral request page
Enter the request code, passkey from email received
Request details will be displayed
